The nutritional component of what you do is quite possibly the most important aspect of becoming fit. In fact, we think nutrition is even more important than strength training – and we’re fitness instructors! In reality, what you do in the gym only does so much to help you sculpt the body you desire. The key is what you do – especially what you eat – when we’re not with you.
T2 Training also employs a Registered Nurse (RN). Our trainers work jointly with these health professionals to create individualized programs for our clients.
Some individuals may not have an interest in our personal training services, but rather only the nutritional side. That’s perfectly fine with us. We’ll come to your home or office to review your daily eating habits. From there, we’ll create a nutritional plan that’s personalized just for you.
T2 Training is accustomed to assisting clients who suffer from pre-existing conditions, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and Type II diabetes. Unfortunately, sometimes these afflictions are genetic in nature rather than a result of poor nutritional or lifestyle choices. That said, many of our clients have witnessed a drop in their total cholesterol over time as a result of our nutritional and training programs – in some instances clients have stopped taking cholesterol-lowering medications altogether (under the direct supervision of their physician).
